✹ Group Wellness Offerings ✹
You’re here to bring herbal medicine to your clients, radical organization, and larger community.
You know that healing happens together, and that in the words of Robin Wall Kimmerer, “all flourishing is mutual.” There are many ways herbs can complement the care you already practice with and for your community, and Dirt & Free Herbal Arts can support the process through a vast range of offerings that rekindle the curious and creative spirit, and are customizable to the work you do.
Group wellness offerings
Introductory herbalism workshops
Invite your community to an engaging exchange of land-based knowledge through herbalism workshops. Popular workshops focus on kitchen-accessible and intuitive ways of interacting with medicinal plants. My presence and style as a facilitator has been described by past students as thorough, intentional, and healing. Workshops often facilitate team building, embodied stress management strategies, creative storytelling, collective accountability, pause, pleasure, and play.
Workshops can take place in-person or virtually. For in-person classes, my preference as a COVID-vigilant health practitioner is to require well-fitted high filtration masks for all participants. I am able to support the process of requesting and acquiring masks from the nearest mask bloc. In the event of hosting recent travelers, I also request testing for COVID-19 prior to arrival.
Office/event herb-care curation
An herb-care station is an area set up with self-serve herbal remedies and educational materials for folks to enjoy as needed. It is a great way to offer support to your organization or community throughout the work day or during an event. I work with a range of preparations including teas, syrups, tinctures, honeys, salves, powders, and glycerites and am honored to put my skills toward creating custom blends that meet the themes and needs of the times.
Care packages and gifts
Herbal medicine is a deeply meaningful gift to send home with participants of a retreat or conference. Working with a trained herbalist, you ensure that your gifts are carefully crafted, potent, and delicious - and made with your community in mind.
What to expect
Group wellness offerings are priced on a sliding scale. Funds support my work as an interdependent herbalist and artist, meaning they also contribute to mutual aid efforts and indigenous land stewardship. When inquiring about a group wellness offering, please include details about your timeline and budget for consideration.

Herb sourcing
Dirt & Free Herbal Arts stands with the Palestinian-led BDS (Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions) movement for permanent divestment from “israeli” agriculture, an end to the occupation and genocide of Palestinian people, and the liberation of all oppressed people. I’ve been following and supporting this campaign since 2015 and do my best to verify sourcing information from distributors, as well as directly support farms with high quality organic herbs and regenerative land practices. I’m also imperfect in this process and open to feedback, knowledge exchange, and collaboration.
