Across 3 months, you will receive guidance and accompaniment through your primary health concerns. Beginning beyond extractive and prescriptive frameworks of health, we will embark on a journey of embodied inquiry around symptoms as signals for transformation, inviting plant relatives to support your body’s innate healing capacity as you move toward the roots of dis-ease and stagnancy.

1 x 90-minute private intake conversation
2 x 60-minute follow-up appointments
Emailed recommendations, resources, and notes
The payment plan for this package is 3 payments of $163.33 billed monthly (save $40 paying in full here). Herbs are not included in this price.
