Across 3 months, you will receive guidance and accompaniment through your primary health concerns. Beginning beyond extractive and prescriptive frameworks of health, we will embark on a journey of embodied inquiry around symptoms as signals for transformation and invite plant relatives to support your body’s innate healing capacity as you move toward the roots of dis-ease and stagnancy.
1 x 90-minute intake consultation for assessment and goal setting
2 x 60-minute monthly follow-up sessions for somatic inquiry and integration
20-minute check-ins or voice notes between sessions
